Sushant Singh Rajput Death: Rhea Chakraborty To Take Legal Action Against Those Who Defamed Her, Confirms Lawyer
Rhea Chakraboty, reportedly the prime accused in Sushant Singh Rajput's death case, was recently granted bail by the Bombay High Court. The actress was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau for allegedly procuring drugs for the late actor. She was then lodged in Byculla jail. After spending 28 days behind bars, Rhea's bail was finally sanctioned by the High Court. Now, she is home with her family. As per the latest reports, it is being said that Rhea is planning to take a legal action against those who defamed her using Sushant's death.

To Mumbai Mirror, Rhea' lawyer Satish Maneshinde revealed her next move and stated that they will take legal action against those who defamed the actress for some minutes of glory. He was quoted saying, "I had said that once Rhea Chakraborty is out on bail, we will start going after people who defamed and tried to destroy her life and morale for a two-minute glory on electronic media carrying fake new."

He also reportedly mentioned Rhea Chakraborty's neighbour who recently claimed that Sushant Singh Rajput had come to drop the actress late night at her residence on June 13, a day before his tragic demise.

Earlier, it was Rhea Chakraborty's mother who had spoken about her kids going to the jail and expressed that she will have to put Rhea on therapy to overcome the trauma she has gone through. Rhea's mom was quoted saying, "What she has gone through… how will she heal from this? But she is a fighter and she must be strong."
